IMPORTANT NOTICE /BUSINESS AS USUAL!!!!
We have been in discussion with the relevant Ministries and in order to minimise the interruption to the only scheduled ferry service for 2014 they have agreed to allow us to phase the annual Inspection programme over the following weeks rather than halt the schedule for 20 days thus enabling us to maintain 90% of the timetable. A fixed schedule will be posted shortly.
We are pleased to say that for the Summer of 2014 we have the following important announcements to make:
· The Summer schedule has been approved in principle by the Ministry and as soon as we are able we will post this.
· On Mondays we will be starting with the “Despina” from Gaios at 7.00 a.m. and will be making six trips in the day.
· We have commissioned a larger boat for Mondays to cope with the Holiday customers.
· In total we can carry up to 1,200 passengers on one day.
We remain an independent line dedicated to the Paxos Corfu service (despite flattering although somewhat laughable rumours that we have amalgamated with another shipping line) and look forward to continue serving our valued customers with the highest standards.
